The Client, as named above, agrees to grant Beth Genengels Photography, or students shooting during any class hosted by Beth Genengels the usage of any session images for the promotion of the Photographer's business and services from the session on or within two weeks of the listed date for an unlimited period of time. These uses include, but are not limited to blog posts, website usage, website promotion, marketing materials, professional publication, product demos, and studio display. 

The Client also agrees that the photographer will retain copyright to all images taken during the session and agress not to edit or alter the images in any way without permission.
